Voting form and power of attorney

    By statute Alfa Plam a.d. regular session of Shareholders'meeting  may attend the shareholders or representatives of shareholders - legal representatives who have or may have transferred the authority to represent at least 175 shares.
    Shareholders who own less than 175 shares can give another person a power of attorney to represent him at the meeting.


    Completed and signed power of attorney can be submitted to:

    indicating "authorization for the 20th Regular session of Shareholders"
