By statute Alfa Plam a.d. regular session of Shareholders'meeting  may attend the shareholders or representatives of shareholders - legal representatives who have or may have transferred the authority to represent at least 2,000 shares.
Shareholders who own less than 2,000 shares can give another person a power of attorney to represent him at the meeting.
